A NANTWICH hair salon is celebrating after their stylist Natasha Moss walked away with the Newcomer of the Year Award at an annual awards evening.

Natasha faced stiff competition from other newcomers across the Francesco Group but was named as the winner after she proved her talents with exceptional levels of client requests and retention rates.

Apprentice Carly Watts also snapped up an award for her work in the photographic competition for year two apprentices on the night. Carly’s image was selected for the place by top industry professionals.

The glitzy evening is designed to reward and recognise the most talented hairdressers and salons in the group and was held at the Gatehouse Theatre in Stafford.

Salon director Matthew Carey said: “Natasha is a valuable addition to our team and already shows great promise.

“She has a fantastic career ahead of her and I am delighted that she has won this award and is already standing out from the crowd.

“Carly’s award was a fantastic achievement and shows the strength of training and development in our salon.”
