TWO men have been jailed for a violent town centre attack.
The fight outside the Amber Lounge left one man with a fractured skull and a permanent loss of taste and smell, and another man with a fractured jaw.
The victims were attacked as they waited for a taxi in Witton Street in the early hours of July 25 last year.
Craig Winnington, 21, of Fairfield Road, Northwich, was jailed for four years and Stephen O'Brien, 23, of Brierly Court, Winsford, was jailed for one year, at Chester Crown Court on Tuesday.
O'Brien had previously admitted causing grievous bodily harm, while Winnington had admitted causing grivous bodily harm with intent.
