POLICE in Crewe are appealing for witnesses after a hit and run collision.
The incident happened at around 12.20pm on Thursday, February 9.
A white Vauxhall Corsa was travelling along West Street, in Crewe, towards the A530 Middlewich Road when it collided with a motorcyclist riding a blue Honda at the junction with Minshull New Road.
The Corsa mounted the pavement for some distance before continuing along West Street.
The Corsa’s wheel trim, indicator light, a piece of black trim and driver side wing mirror were left at the scene.
The driver is described as male, white, around 20 years old, with short brown spiky hair.
PC Richard Woodward said: “The driver of the Corsa left the motorcyclist lying in the carriage with shoulder injuries which required hospital treatment.
“Thankfully this wasn’t a serious injury but it could have been much worse.”
Anyone with any information should contact PC Richard Woodward on 101, quoting incident number 339 of February 9.
