7:10am Wednesday 15th August 2012 in News By Matthew Taylor
RICHMOND Village in Nantwich announced their charity fundraising had topped more than £2,500 for the year.
Parkinson’s UK, Scope and Oxfam have all benefitted through the retirement village’s raffles, tombolas, coffee mornings, quizzes and balloon race.
Nicola Tooke, village advisor, said “We continue to be humbled by the sheer enthusiasm shown by those involved, and the big-heartedness of everyone at Richmond Village who supports our fund raising efforts."
The village will hold its Army Benevolent Fund ball and charity auction on Saturday, September 29.
