NANTWICH B will play their tennis in the top tier of the South and Mid Cheshire Tennis League from next season.

They gained promotion into Division One with a 100-percent win record, replacing winless Wistaston A, who take their place in Division Two.

At the other end of the table, Congleton A were crowned Division One champions with six wins from six matches.

Winsford drop to Division Three after managing one win and four losses.

Their place in Division Two will be taken up by promoted champions Hartford, while Holmes Chapel B’s position of propping up the bottom of the table means they slip down to Division Four.

Up go Cuddington C in their place, who managed to be promoted ahead of second-place Alsager C by a single differential point.

Acton Bridge drop down to Division Five, with lower tier champions Wrenbury C leaping into their place as a result.

The teams will start it all over again in the Spring League, which starts in January.
