The new Chevron GT3
CREWE-based race team Chevron GT are gearing up for a big year in the 2014 GT Cup.
Owner David Witt has targeted victories for the famous marque, following the announcement that Chevron will return to action in the successful series with a new V8 engine and Jordan Witt behind the wheel.
“Whilst the Chevron continued to be one of the best handling cars in GT racing last year, we suffered reliability problems with the V6 engine.
“That seriously affected our results,” said David Witt.
“The new V8 solution configured with our own engine modifications in the latest Chevron has returned our reliability and added to our speed.”
