SIX swimmers from Crewe Flyers impressed in Stockport at the weekend, securing a host of podium finishes.
Entering their first longcourse meeting, 50m pool, of 2014 at Stockport Grand Central, Flyers scooped one gold, three silver and 10 Bronze medals.
Grace Farr Impressed with five top three places; she finished second in the 400m freestyle, third in 50m, 100m, 200m and 800m freestyle as well as making the final in the 100m freestyle.
Aaron Glover enjoyed a second place finish in the 50m backstroke; he also gained three bronze medals in the 200m backstroke, 400m individual medley and 5om fly. Glover also qualified for the under 15s 100m fly final.
Stuart Eastwood bagged a gold in the 50m breaststroke to go with his bronze in the 1500m free, while Zak Fielding came second in the 50m backstroke and50m fly.
He added a third in the 100m backstroke and reached the 100m breaststroke final, Ryan Rimmer took bronze in the 50m backstroke and Emma Duff made the 100m backstroke final.
