PATRICK Lynskey was crowned the James Goodwin Memorial Darts Singles Knockout Competition winner at the Oddies Club this week.
The Westend Lmr B man claimed the trophy and the £90 first prize following 21, 26 and 18 dart legs in a 3-0 victory over Brunel A’s Lee Woolley.
Woolley hit a consolation 180 in the second leg to earn the £50 runners-up prize.
In the semi final, Lynskey hit a 15 dart leg and checkouts of 115 and 118 to inflict a 3-1 defeat on Pete Boughey, from Pioneers A.
Meanwhile, Woolley had a 3-2 success against Stu Wilson, of Imp, who had fought back to level at 2-2 with a 95 checkout in leg four only for Woolley to win the decisive fifth leg.
