NANTWICH enjoyed an eight-wicket win at gome to champions Hyde in the ECB Premier League on Saturday.

The holders were tumbled out for 155 with Harry Dearden, 59, and James Duffy, 53, Hyde’s top scorers.

Nantwich newcomer Abhisher Raut took 4-32 and Jimmy Warrington 3-28.

The Dabbers replied with 156-2 in 41 overs thanks to a fine knock by fellow new man Ryan Brown, 78 not out.

Nantwich’s Lancashire batsman Liam Livingstone contributed 350 to a tally of 579-7 – both claimed to be one-day World records – when the Dabbers beat Caldy in the first round of the National Club Championship on Sunday.
