It leaves Phil Parkinson’s side sitting fourth in the Evo-Stik Northern Premier League, three points off leaders Darlington 1883.
Bell smashed in following a scramble in the box on five minutes, after Matty Kosylo has whipped in a dangerous ball.
It was two one minute late when drove into the box and fired home.
But the visitors replied on 12 minutes when McManus linked with Sam Smith to finish.
And they levelled moments later after a Dabbers defensive error.
