PACEMAKERS West End LMR B maintained their Premier Division form with a 6-2 win against fourth-placed Eight Farmers A.

Title rivals Pioneers Club A delivered a second successive whitewash when they beat Horse Shoe, while third place Cosey Club won 5-3 at the Oddies.

Top arrows came from LMR B players with Patrick Lynskey winning in 14 and 18, Danny Ayres in 16 and 19 and Dave Bickerton with a 19 dart leg.

Oddies' Dave Coyne fired a 15 darter, Hop Pole A’s sole winner Paul Hamilton Jnr bombed a 16 darter and a 180 and Mark Tirrell, for Pioneers, won in 17 and 18 darts.

Vine A's Steve Tizard won with 18 and 19 darters and added a 180 for good measure, teammate Robbie Arrowsmith and Reg Corbett, from Oddies, chucked 18 darters.

Corbett was also on the mark with a 180.

Tom Kelly, Farmers A, Nick Rathbone, Shoe, and Mick Hassall, Vine A, were on the 19-dart mark, Hassall also a 180 hitter.

Ken Cliffe, from Vine A, hit a 20-dart leg, Cosey's Mark Jodrill a 120 checkout and a 180, with ASLEF's Rocky Snelson and Oddies' Brendon Carberry also on the maximum trail.

Runaway Division One leaders Willaston Club forfeited the league's last unblemished record when letting slip a 3-1 lead in their drawn clash with main challengers Broughton Arms.

Third-placed Cheshire Cheese are now a single point behind after beating closest rivals Amalgamated B 5-3, the latter dropping three points off the pace.

Cheese's Craig Smith won in 17 and 18 darts, Broughton's Stuart Gilligan fired a 17 dart leg and Willaston's Rob Paine included a 180 in his 18-darter.

Brunel Arms B remain top of Division Two after they beat Kings Arms B 6-2 to move 11 points clear of new challengers Hawk, who defeated Flying Lady A 6-2.
