With a couple of minor exceptions, the Crewe Oddies Club Open League pacemakers remain in situ after this week’s action.

Premier Division Darts pacemakers West End LMR B retained a three-point lead as and their 100% record with a 5-3 win at Eight Farmers A. Main challengers Oddies and Pioneers Club A met, the resultant 5-3 win by the Pi’s removing the Oddies 100% record as well as lifting them to second. Behind them are newly-promoted Willaston Club, who whitewashed bottom placed hosts Kings Arms A, while fellow newcomers Broughton Arms surrendered a 3-0 lead to lose 5-3 to Cosey Club.

Division One leaders Nantwich Road ASLEF last their 100% record after drawing with Amalgamated A, but it could have been worse as they trailed 3-1 early on. Main challengers Amalgamated B capitalised cut their lead at the top to one point with a 5-3 win at relegated Hop Pole A.

The top four sides in Division Two all met, with promoted third placed Raven relieving leaders White Lion Ford Lane of their 100% record by beating them 5-3 while Bridge A and Rising Sun shared the spoils in their match. 

Duke of Bridgewater B beat White Lion 5-3 to lead Division Three by two points from promoted Nags Head A, who beat Vine B 6-2, as well as Swan & Chequers who won 5-3 at Flying Lady B.

Division Four pacemakers Captain Webb moved six points clear after beating Duke of Bridgewater C 6-2, while challengers Coach & Horses could only managed a draw with Eight Farmers B.

Premier Division Dominoes leaders Willaston Club are showing they mean business by winning 5-3 at Kings Arms A to stay a point ahead of defending champions West End LMR B, who move ahead of Horse Shoe after a 5-3 win at Eight Farmers A. The Shoe are a further point back in third after letting slip a 3-0 advantage in their draw at Vine A.

Amalgamated A remain 100% and open a two-point lead over new challengers Nantwich Road A at the top of Division One after both gained 6-2 wins over ASLEF and Brunel B respectively. Cheshire Cheese drop to third on matches won after forfeiting a 3-1 lead to draw with Pioneers Club B.

White Lion Ford Lane are the new leaders of Division Two after their 7-1 demolition of newly-promoted Raven, while deposed leaders Coppenhall Club drop two points off the pace to second after drawing with close rivals Woodside.

Division Three has joint leaders in the shape of Flying Lady B who saw off Swan & Chequers 6-2, and promoted Nags Head A who beat Vine B 5-3. White Lion’s 6-2 win at Duke of Bridgewater B lifted them to third, ahead of Dishers B on matches won after they let slip a 3-0 lead in their draw with Nags Head B.

Division Four leaders West End Band A are five points clear at the top after beating Hop Pole B 5-3. Their nearest challengers, Coach & Horses, were beaten 5-3 by Eight Farmers B.
