THE leading four teams in the Crewe Oddies Open League Premier Division Darts, Cosey Club, West End LMR B, Pioneers Club A and Willaston Club, all retained unblemished records with wins over Eight Farmers A, Oddies, Horse Shoe and Nantwich Road ASLEF, who are now the bottom four. The top quartet have also provided all but one of the wins in the first three weeks of the season.

Division One leaders Broughton Arms hosted draw specialists Amalgamated A, with the inevitable result seeing off their unblemished record. They have been joined at the top by Rising Sun B, who nicked the section’s other 100% record when they beat promoted Bridge A 6-2. Hop Pole A were held to a draw at Cheshire Cheese and drop to third, two points behind Sun B.

There are new leaders of Division Two in the shape of Coppenhall Club, whose 6-2 defeat of Hawk puts them top by one point from Flying Lady A, who beat Nags Head A 5-3. A very close section has six points covering all teams.

Division Three is now led by promoted Captain Webb and Duke of Bridgewater B after respective wins over Coppenhall Club and promoted West End Band A, with Alberts Corner demoted to third after their draw with Flying Lady B.

Dishers Club A return to the top of Division Four after their 5-3 victory over Eight Farmers B. They are one point ahead of Hop Pole B, with deposed leaders Duke of Bridgewater B down to third after losing 6-2 at Nags Head A, who are the only non-Premier team to hold a 100% record.

Premier Division Dominoes’ new leaders are Eight Farmers A following a 6-2 win at Cosey Club with Horse Shoe up to second after their 5-3 win at Pioneers Club A. Just four points cover all but bottom team Cosey.

In Division One, Bridge A retain top spot despite drawing at Rising Sun B, but now have Amalgamated A just one point behind after their 6-2 win at Broughton Arms.

There is a three-way tie at the top of Division Two between Hawk, Rising Sun A and Woodside. Hawk and Sun A beat Coppenhall Club and Brunel Arms B respectively 5-3, while Woodside are now minus their 100% record after drawing at Bridge C. All ten teams are covered by just five points.
