CREWE Oddies Club Open League: Westend LMR B maintained their two point advantage at the top of the Crewe Oddies Club Open League Premiership with a 5-3 success against Cosey Club thanks to top darts from Patrick Lynskey a brace of 16 darters, Danny Ayres 15 and 18 darts and Chris Gibson 16 and 18 darts.

Nearest challengers Coppenhall B also won 5-3 against Vine A increasing their lead to eight points over chasing pair of Willaston Club and .Cosey Club who are joint third.

Top darts in the premiership came from Jamie Clorley(Willaston) 14 darts, Lyndon Cartwright(Oddies) 17 & 18 darts, Steve Hughes(Mals B) 18 & 19 darts,Paul Jones(Mals B) 19 darts, Ken Cliffe(Vine A) 17 darts, John Copper(Coppenhall B) 18 darts top finishers were Barry Cooper (Cheshire Cheese) and Dave Owen(Willaston) with respective 148 and 100 checkouts.

There was an avalanche of 180’s by Shane Burgess(Cheshire Cheese), Jamie Clorley (Willaston),John Cooper (Coppenhall)Mark Tirrell Coppenhall B),Mick Hassall(Vine A),Ken Cliffe(Vine A),Stewart Bennett(Eight Farmers A),Reg Corbett(Oddies) and Kevin Penny,Jason Whitelegg,Dan Smith,Campell Eaton (Broughton).

In Division One darts Raven failed to take advantage of leaders Express losing 5-3 to Pioneers being held to a 4-4 draw by Nanwich Rd leaving Express with a three point lead.at the top.

Third placed Kings Arms were also held to a draw by Bridge C leaving them a further six points adrift.

Division two leaders Swan & Chequers now have a five point lead after a 5-3 victory over visitors Dishers B with Flying Lady A and White Lion Ford Lane remaining in joint second place.

Coppenhall Club A had their first victory of the season winning 5-3 at the Hawk but still stay in bottom place.

Alberts Corner are now the lone leaders in division three darts following a 7-1 thrashing of Brunel C with a two point lead over Brunel B who trounced Duke of Bridgewater C by a similar score moving into second with Vine B dropping to third.

Tony Taylor was on the mark for Alberts Corner with a 17 dart leg while Paul Masser hit a 180 for Flying Lady B.

Despite being held to a draw by Eight Farmers B Foresters A remain top of division four darts with an eight point lead over Junction with Farmers B in third a further five points adrift.with Coach & Horses in joint third following their 8-0 white-wash of Hop Poe B.

Oddies who lost 6-2 at Broughton remain top of the premier dominoes with a reduced lead of seven points over Westend Lmr B,Amalgamated B and Vine A who are level points in joint second.

Division one dominoes pace-setters Bridge A have built a nine point lead following a 5-3 victory over Horseshoe.

Hop Pole A and Kings Arms are in joint second place after both were held to draws by respective opponents Amalgamated A and Bridge C.

Dishers B continue to lead division two dominoes with a four point advantage after a 6-2 win at Swan & Chequers with Nags Head A in second following their 6-2 victory over Rising Sun.

In division three dominoes Vine B stay at the top with a reduced lead of three points to second placed Brunel B who lost 5-3 against Duke of Bridgewater C with Sydney and White Lion (Copp) moving above Nags Head B into joint third despite both losing 5-3 to respective opponents Westend Band A and Flying lady B.

Coach & Horses 5-3 victory over Hop Pole B enables them to retain the two point lead at the top of Division Four dominoes with Dishers A in second after a 5-3 win against Foresters B.
