NIALL O'Brien was unbeaten on 154 runs as Nantwich secured their first win of the season in the ECB Premier League.
The number two batsman smashed 14 fours and eight sixes as the Dabbers set Cheadle a target of 261-3 from 52 overs.
Raymond Doyle chipped in too, with 52 not out.
The visitors were bowled out for 114 after 54.3 overs.
Alex Paterson claimed the last wicket, catching out Naveed Yousaf from the bowling of Doyle.
Oliver Freckingham and Oliver Griffiths each took three wickets.
