CREWE Alexandra supporters are being invited to take advantage of Nantwich Town’s reduced admission prices this weekend.

Alex youngster Paris Bateman is currently on loan at the Weaver Stadium, while Nantwich’s current squad also includes former Crewe players Caspar Hughes, Sean Cooke, Jason Oswell and Darren Moss.

The Dabbers host Matlock Town on Saturday, while Crewe, along with Stoke City, do not have a fixture.

Nantwich are charging £5 for adult tickets and £3 for concessions.

Children under the age of 16 can enter the Weaver Stadium free of charge, providing a paying adult accompanies them.

Car parking at the ground will be free for all and Nantwich season ticket holders will be entitled to a free pint or soft drink in the bar prior to the game.

Nantwich chairman Jon Gold said: "We are living in difficult economic times for everyone, but we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy and experience live, quality football in a safe and friendly environment.

“With this gesture, we hope that people from all over the region will bring their friends and families for what promises to be a cracking game at the Weaver Stadium.

“We have a great long-standing relationship with both Crewe Alexandra and Stoke City.

“This is a great chance for Crewe supporters to join us, meet with old friends and add to the atmosphere, all for a great price."
