Kelly 'deserves DWTS final place'

Kelly Osbourne has earned her place in the Dancing With The Stars final by demonstrating a "major transformation", according to judge Carrie Ann Inaba.

"The thing that's exciting about Kelly is that she's come so far," Carrie explained on the red carpet at the CNN Heroes tribute in Hollywood.

"You've truly seen a major transformation and I think what she's learned on the dance floor she's going to take into her life."

Despite weeks of impressive outings, model Joanna Krupa and her partner Derek Hough were booted off the show last week, leaving Kelly to fight it out on the dance floor with pop legend Donny Osmond and singer Mya in this week's final show.

"I think it's the most interesting final three that we've had because you've got Mya, who's this incredible mover who dances like a dream, but I don't know if we've all formed an emotional connection with her and our show is about that," Carrie continued.

"I think you have that with somebody like Kelly Osbourne, but she doesn't dance as well. Then you've got Donny Osmond who performs the heck out of any routine and is falling in love with Bruno by the minute."

Carrie added: "When it comes down to the final they're all there for different reasons, you can't take anything away from them."
