Jack Davenport says FlashForward fans will soon see how his character Lloyd is a "pawn in somebody else's evil game".

"It was great wasn't it?" the actor said of the dramatic ending to the first part of season one.

"No sooner had he finally got out the hospital then he's immediately pistol whipped and thrown in the back of an ambulance by men who are clearly not nurses, clearly I must be bloodied but unbowed in a remote location somewhere."

Fans got the chance to speak to the cast at a special Q and A as part of the Paley Centre For Media's PaleyFest 2010 in Beverly Hills.

After a break from TV schedules because of the Olympics, the show returns to Five on March 22.

Jack laughed: "Obviously Lloyd has information in his head that would be very valuable to all manner of people with regard to the central premise of the show, so I've become a pawn in somebody else's evil game!"

Speaking before the event, the actor revealed security about the show's final scenes leading up to the 'blackout' is becoming extreme. "We can't give any [answers] or we get killed by ninja assassins!" he joked.

:: FlashForward starts back on Five with a double bill on Monday March 22 at 9pm and 10pm.
