Bradford Bulls have signed winger Rikki Sheriffe on a two-year contract and are expected to snap up his former Harlequins team-mate Michael Worrincy.
Both players were released by the Londoners after failing to agree new deals.
Bradford-born Sheriffe, 24, who had previous spells with Huddersfield and Halifax, said: "As a kid I always wanted to go on and play for the Bulls. It's a brilliant chance for me and now I just can't wait for it all to start."
He added: "There were a couple of other top-six sides interested and Quins wanted to keep me, but I was only ever interested in coming to Bradford."
Bradford coach Steve McNamara said: "He's a Bradford lad who is very keen to get back up north and I'm looking forward to working with him.
"I thought Rikki was outstanding in the first half of the year and was on the verge of an England call-up, and only injury prevented that, but he certainly has the potential to play internationally."
