ONE of the UK’s most celebrated cityscape artists is to perform a live painting demonstration in Lymm.
International artist Edward Waite, whose work has been exhibited as far as Dubai this year, finds inspiration from travel, architecture and iconic landmarks and his pieces give a sense of the bustle and energy of urban life.
At his demonstration at CLK Art in Eagle Brow on Saturday, April 13, the Sheffield-born painter will show how he uses fluid lines and three-dimensional paint layers for his dynamic style.
On the day Edward will be creating his first painting of Lymm village.
During the event between 1pm to 3pm he will also be bringing around 30 original pieces that have been created exclusively for this event called ‘The Best of Edward Waite’.
The event will showcase painting collections from each of the artist’s various mixed media techniques and sketches, featuring many iconic landmarks from across the globe including New York, London, Manchester and Paris.
