CHILDREN at Bright Horizons Crewe Day Nursery and Preschool took part in an insect hunt.
The children took to the outdoors in order to find a range of insects living in the nursery garden. They came across millipedes, spiders and beetles.
“The children were very excited to take part in the insect hunt and were fascinated to see all the different species living in our garden,” said Deputy Nursery Manager Nicola Harvey.
The children have also been using their imagination with cardboard boxes.
They played inside the boxes and used their imagination to create excursions to faraway lands and outer space to visit friendly aliens.
“The children were very excited to play with the cardboard boxes and it was great to see them use their imagination to create different scenarios,” said Nicola.
