JIMMY Bullard is to share tales from his career on and off the field during a talk at the Pyramid centre.

The former footballer and coach who went on to become a TV presenter will be on stage on February 16.

Jimmy is best known for playing for Wigan Athletic where he scored 10 goals in 145 league appearances, helping the team to their first promotion to the Premier League.

Since then his TV career has seen him appear on the likes of I'm A Celebrity and he is currently the host of Soccer AM.

A spokesman for Culture Warrington said: "Jimmy has gained a reputation over the years as being one of the funniest blokes in football.

"He was an on field prankster throughout his footballing career, from laughing in the face of Duncan Ferguson to imitating Phil Brown. He will be talking through his career and giving the inside track to the other superstars of the generation."

On the evening Jimmy will be in conversation with former professional rugby player turned comedian John Lebbon.

Regular tickets are £27.75 but VIP packages for a chance to meet Jimmy and get a photo and an autograph are available.
