The moped was seized by police on Warrington Road
A TEENAGER has been charged with motoring offences, say police.
The 16-year-old was arrested following an incident involving a moped on Warrington Road, Prescot during November 12, 2018.
Police seized the moped.
The boy from Whiston, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has been charged with driving without insurance and driving without a licence.
He will appear at Merseyside Youth Court on January 2.
