A lorry has broken down on the M62 westbound near to junction 11 at Birchwood.
A BROKEN down lorry caused delays on the M62 this morning.
The HGV caused congestion on the westbound carriageway near to junction 11 at Birchwood, shutting one lane.
Motorists experienced delays of around 20 minutes compared to usual travel times.
But the lorry has now been removed, and traffic returned to normal levels.
