Man taken to hospital after being hit by car
A man was taken to hospital after being hit by a car on Friday evening.
Emergency services were called to Liverpool Road, Great Sankey at around 8pm after the collision between a car and a pedestrian.
Police vehicles and North West Ambulance attended the scene.
Police say a man was taken to hospital after suffering a fractured ankle and a gash to a leg.
