A 20-YEAR-OLD man from Chester has died in a collision on the outskirts of the city.
Emergency vehicles were called to the one-vehicle collision on Guy Lane, Waverton at 4.04pm on Wednesday, April 17.
The driver, a 20-year-old man, was taken to Aintree hospital via air ambulance with serious injuries, but sadly died.
The passenger, an 18-year-old man from Chester, was taken to Aintree hospital to be treated for serious injuries.
Sergeant Andy Dennison said: “One vehicle, a silver BMW M3, was involved in the collision and we are keen to speak to anyone who has seen the prior driving of the vehicle or has dash camera footage of the vehicle from that day.”
