IT’S time to dig out your double denim, as legendary Status Quo singer Francis Rossi is heading to Runcorn.

Rossi will share the secrets of his 50-plus years in rock’n’roll when he appears at the Brindley Theatre in 2020 for an evening of chat and music.

He will also be performing a meet’n’greet book signing afterwards of copies of his autobiography, ‘I Talk Too Much’.

As founder, lead singer and guitarist of Status Quo, Rossi is a true member of British Rock Royalty.

He sang the first words at Live Aid 1985, survived the obligatory rock’n’roll brush with alcohol and drugs, was awarded an OBE in 2010 and has a BRIT award for an Outstanding Contribution to Music.

Expect laughter, revelations, tales involving some of the giants of music, exclusive video clips, snatches of classic tunes and a great night out.

Rossi will also be joined on stage by award-winning writer and broadcaster Mick Wall, who has sold more than a million books worldwide.

In their 48 year history, it is estimated that Quo have played over 6,000 live shows to an audience exceding 25 million people.

The band have made 106 appearances on BBC’s Top of the Pops - more than any other group - and have sold over 120 million records globally.

The event will take place on Tuesday, June 4, 2020, and tickets are available priced £30, £40 and £75

Super VIP tickets include a pre-show meet’n’greet, photograph and memorabilia signing opportunity, front row seats and a merchandise bag.
