QUEEN of the Jungle Georgia Toffolo to make her debut as Great British Racing's ambassador at Chester Races this month.

She’s a regular face on TV and last year’s Queen of the Jungle, but now fans of Georgia 'Toff' Toffolo can expect to see her at racecourses all over the country in her newly appointed role as an ambassador for Great British Racing.

Following her involvement in Great British Racing’s fashion campaign last summer on the fun of getting dressed up for the races, the I’m A Celebrity winner and avid horse racing enthusiast will now be visiting racecourses across the UK in her new role to showcase everything else that an amazing race day has to offer.

The TV personality will be taking over the Great British Racing social channels as a roving reporter and going behind the scenes on and off the track with all things fashion, food, racing and music.

Chester and District Standard:

Georgia will make her reporting debut on Ladies Day at the Chester Boodles May Festival on Thursday 9th May where fashion will be the focus of the day.

In addition to interviewing celebrities and chatting to fashion-savvy racegoers, Georgia will work with ITV stylist Sarah Kate Byrne to find an affordable but fabulous raceday outfit from a local charity shop.

“Racing really is the best day out and every racecourse offers something different. I can’t wait to take people along for the ride and show them just how fun it can be and that there is so much else on offer off the track as well as on it,” she said.

“I love horse racing and presenting so to be a roving reporter for Great British Racing is a very exciting opportunity. I can’t wait to get started at Chester and show everyone how much fun it is.”

In her quest to take her followers into the heart of horse racing, Georgia will be exploring five other racecourses located right across the country throughout the rest of the year, including Goodwood in Sussex and Hamilton Park all the way up in Scotland, among others.

Reporting live on social media with her signature smile and infectious personality, fans can follow along in real time and will also have the opportunity to interact with Georgia during the day. They will get special insight into what goes into a fantastic day of horse racing as she investigates the fantastic food and drink on offer on course, music and entertainment from some of the UK’s best known artists, and gets up close and personal with jockeys, trainers and, of course, the horses.

Horse racing is the second biggest spectator sport in the country, with six million people attending each year. As well as top class sporting action, a day at the races is the perfect opportunity to get dressed up and enjoy a day out with friends and family.
