MAYOR of Warrington Clr Celia Jordan had the ribbon cutting honours on the official opening night of the Ram's Head Inn in Grappenhall.
The pub, run by local businessman Graham Earl Dennett, had undergone a £700,000 major refurbishment - the largest in the north west - and a host of special guests were there to raise a toast.
Entertainment was provided by Lymm celebrity and presenter of ITV's Locks and Quays Matthew Corbett on guitar and magician Peter Turner.
The Ram's Head Inn is a stylish yet traditional hostelry with real fires, meeting rooms, private dining rooms and bedrooms and offers home-cooked British food and cask ales.
